How to exercise your rights
Send an email to support@visaassistants.com from the email address associated with your application. We will respond within 30 days. Verification of identity may be required.
International data transfers
Submitting an ESTA application requires sharing your data with US Customs and Border Protection. This transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract you have entered into with us.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your rights under GDPR have been infringed.
